Hello everyone,

I am a foreign attorney from Luxembourg with a specialization in corporate law, currently working at an international business law firm. My experience includes handling transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, company formations, liquidations, and investments.

With seven years of experience under my belt, I am a native French speaker and am also fluent in English, with some knowledge of German.

I recently completed the California bar exam and am awaiting the results. Once I pass, I will work on fulfilling the moral character requirements. I am considering relocating to California to continue my career as an attorney and would like to know about my prospects in securing a position within corporate law at a California law firm.
