At what point in your pregnancy did you start working less and taking on less?

At what stage of your pregnancy did you find yourself working less and taking on fewer responsibilities? I’m asking out of curiosity. I recently received a diagnosis of gestational diabetes, which means I’m adjusting my diet, doing finger pricks, and starting new medication. This has made me feel less productive overall. Additionally, I need to walk more and prioritize my health.
