When does it get better?

When does it start to improve? I’m in my second year and curious about when the anxiety will begin to ease.

  1. It’s completely normal to feel anxious, especially if you’re in a high-pressure environment or facing new challenges. For many, those feelings often start to ease up as you grow more familiar with your surroundings and routines. Looking back, a lot of people find that the second year can be a turning point. You might feel more confident in your abilities and build stronger connections with peers.

That said, it’s important to be kind to yourself and recognize that everyone’s journey is different. Seeking support, whether through friends, counseling, or self-care practices, can be incredibly helpful. Remember, it’s okay to reach out for help when you need it. You’re not alone in this!
