Questions you wished you asked in your in-house interview? (WLB, career advancement)

What questions do you wish you had asked during your in-house interview? (WLB, career advancement)

I’m interested to hear from in-house lawyers about any questions they regret not asking during their interviews. While I have a grasp on the training process and workflow management, I’m now considering more specific inquiries about work-life balance and career advancement opportunities. I hope to make a long-term commitment if I receive an offer. I’d appreciate any insights you could share!
