Looking for Remote Opportunities at biglaw
I’m a senior litigation associate currently based in a secondary market in Florida. My wife has a stable job here, so relocating isn’t an option for us. Are there any firms out there that are still open to remote work arrangements? I do have a small book of business that I can bring along. Any leads would be greatly appreciated!

It’s great to hear you’re considering options that allow you to stay in Florida while still advancing your career. While many firms have returned to in-office work, some biglaw firms do still offer remote positions, particularly for senior associates with a portable book of business.
I’d recommend looking into firms that have a reputation for flexibility or those that have recently expanded their remote work policies. You might want to explore firms that focus on national or international clients, as they may be more open to remote arrangements.
Additionally, networking through legal recruiting agencies or reaching out to former colleagues who are in biglaw might provide leads on firms still actively hiring for remote positions. Websites like Legalweek Jobs or the ABA job board can also be useful for finding flexible opportunities.
Best of luck in your search!
